For my small business I would choose to do delivery meals for the people that cannot leave their homes for whatever reasons. My focus would be on anyone who needs food. I would offer anything from a variety of foods made that day to deliver to orders for a few days in advance. I would market my business in anyway possible including word of mouth just because a lot of the elderly dont rely on social media they rely on positive feedback. I would try to specialize my skills into a variety of things that I can cook and make including meals that can be made for freezing and reheating. Basically anything that you’re mind can think of I would be able to do. I would also have a basics menu of things that I can put out along with any customizations a customer would want I would try to accommodate. I would have also things that can be split up into different categories of regulars and one time customers so that I can keep track of that. Along with people that want food ASAP would need at least a 2 hour window minimum on certain things. My main focus would be on the disabled. elderly, or ones that cannot just up and leave the home for food or groceries when needed. I would accommodate and make things to get the food from myself to them and to their table as easy and quickly as I can almost as if I made them their meal right in their home.
